2. Orders and Payment:

2.1. All orders are subject to acceptance by BENATECH LIMITED.

2.2. Payment terms, including pricing and invoicing details, will be specified in the applicable agreement or invoice.

2.3. Payment must be made in accordance with the agreed-upon terms.

3. Delivery and Acceptance:

3.1. Delivery schedules and methods will be communicated and agreed upon in advance.

3.2. The Customer must inspect all products upon delivery and report any damage or defects promptly.

3.3. Acceptance of delivered products implies the Customer's acknowledgment of their satisfactory condition.

4. Warranty:

4.1. BENATECH LIMITED will provide warranties as specified for each product or service.

4.2. Warranty claims must be made in accordance with the terms outlined in the warranty agreement.

5. Intellectual Property:

5.1. Any intellectual property created during web development services will be owned by the Customer unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.

5.2. Intellectual property rights for software or products provided by BENATECH LIMITED remain with BENATECH LIMITED or its licensors.

6. Confidentiality:

6.1. Both parties agree to keep any confidential information shared during the course of services or product transactions confidential and not disclose it to third parties without written consent.

7. Termination:

7.1. Either party may terminate an agreement for cause upon written notice if the other party breaches the Terms.

7.2. Termination may result in the Customer being responsible for payment for services or products rendered up to the date of termination.

8. Limitation of Liability:

8.1. To the extent permitted by law, BENATECH LIMITED's liability for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, is limited to the value of the services or products provided.

9. Indemnification:

9.1. The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold BENATECH LIMITED harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from the Customer's use of the services or products.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

10.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom.

11. Amendments:

11.1. BENATECH LIMITED reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notification to the Customer.

12. Entire Agreement:

12.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.

By using BENATECH LIMITED's services or purchasing our products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
